Grand Spectacle has an exceptionally professional and highly friendly staff! Steve is a great technician and always encourages me to come into the shop to adjust my glasses. I went in recently and he gave me a new pair of nose pads for my glasses. I highly recommend Grand Spectacle for all your eyewear needs! Better than the corporate franchises. Great Service and they take my plan

I had been with my last optometrist and optician since I moved to New York some thirty years ago, so I was more than a little wary when walking in to Grand Spectacle. I didn't need to be. The staff is friendly, efficient, and attentive. The doctor carefully listened to my needs, which vary from my desk to driving. Then there's Steve, the optician. He translated my prescriptions into a variety of styles, including the store's exclusive NYC line, which ironically looks a lot like a famous line from L.A. that I like, but at a quarter of the price. In addition, Steve helped me with another pair of frames I bought in the city. He matched a very specific color I wanted and then added a "flash" treatment at his suggestion (photo attached here). He really took the lens treatment to the next level.

Wonderful experience. The owner Steven was amazing. He helped us select frames that were perfect for us. The selection was vast so we picked up 2 pairs of glasses each. Had our eyes checked and prescriptions updated. When Steven observed my current frames were damaged (i have to keep tightening them) he sprung into action and fixed them at no cost! The office was very clean and Covid protocol was observed. I cannot say enough good things about Steven & Grand Spectacle. Will have to go back soon and get a pair of prescription sunglasses. Very impressive with a wide selection of the latest designer frames. If you need glasses, contacts, sunglasses or just want to chill with a cool dude look no further than Grand Spectacle. After seeing seeing my doctor I headed over to grand spectacle and met with Steve, he helped me pick out the right pair for me and ordered the lenses for me. A few days later we get the glasses and it turned out my doctor gave me the wrong prescription. Steve then gets a new exam done for me and gets me the right prescription at no charge for the exam because I had to wait, it wasn't even their mistake! The pricing is great, the service is even better, and the whole team there was professional, and great to work with. If you need glasses this is the spot to go to.

I went to Grand Spectacle about a month ago to get glasses using my insurance benefit. It was my first time there. The eye doctor was very nice and Steve the optician was very helpful showing me affordable frames that I could use my insurance on. After I picked up my glasses and brought them home I was not happy with the lenses. I brought them back and Steve was very understanding and terrific getting them fixed for me. I was very pleased with the service there and would recommend. Bob C.

I've been going to Grand Spectacle for almost 20 years. The service is always personal, professional and has great inventory. I honestly have never been disappointed. My glasses always fit just right (and if I mess them up, Mr. Mejia always fixes them!). They are always available for you and results are immediate. They usually fix them for me on premises, but if I messed them up really bad (my dogs' chew toys when they were younger), he lends me a pair until mine come back. Great place. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, staff was very nice especially the owner Steve who was very helpful. I needed some custom work done on an old pair of glasses that i would not part with, and Steve did an awesome job bringing them back to looking like new again. I definitely recommend them to anyone who really needs any repair work done or just a brand new pair. I will definitely be back soon, Thank's Again!

Cristina and Steve took great care of me. Had lenses replaced and purchased new frames; everything came out perfect. Excellent quality, quick turn around, great service, clean store and easy parking. Will definitely be back for future needs.
